Yes, you will be able to cancel your booking.

This depends on the service provider and services. This will be indicated during service selection during the booking process. In general, for services like car care, salon, spa, ayur care, we do not have any cancellation charges.

As of now, Nubibo is operational in Bengaluru city only. We plan to go to other cities in the near future. Please leave your feedback so that you would be among the first to know when we arrive in your city.

After making a confirmed booking, in case you’re not able to visit the service provider, please ensure that you communicate the same to the service provider or our customer care at the earliest preferably within the same day of service schedule. You can also cancel the booking from your app. Your payment is subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider. In general, for services like car care, salon, spa, ayur care, we do not have any cancellation charges.

As of now, Nubibo supports only Car Care category. We’re working hard to bring other categories to the platform in the near future.

Please recheck whether your payment was approved by your bank. If approved, and due to some technical issue, if its not visible to the service provider and in the event of you paying for the service again, be assured that your payment is safe. Please report the incident to our customer care and they’ll take care of the rest. We’ll refund your payment after getting confirmation from your bank.
